As a founding partner of Taylor Anderson Consulting Marti brings over 25 years of diversified senior level experience in mortgage loan servicing operations to our firm. Marti has held senior positions at Wells Fargo, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, First American, and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services (formerly Prudential Fox and Roach/Etc REO).
Most recently, outside of managing several REO platforms, Marti was involved with Fannie Mae's rollout of HAMP, OCC's Loss Mitigation and Foreclosure compliance consent order work, and Freddie Mac's retained portfolio credit loss reduction strategies.
Marti has an extremely diversified set of experiences throughout the industry, and in most areas of servicing including; Call Center Operations, Escrow Administration, Sales and Acquisitions, Sub-Servicing, Default, and REO. Marti has strong industry ties in all aspects of the Servicing business.

Donna Taylor-Davis
As a founding partner of Taylor Anderson Consulting a woman owned business. Donna brings over 30 years of diversified senior level experience in mortgage loan servicing operations.
Donna’s years of experience in the financial services industry with identifying strategic opportunities, managing change, audit and compliance, improving operational efficiency and effectively leading diverse groups along with a proven track record of creatively solving complex business problems.
Donna Most recently, leveraged her years of experience at several major banks supporting their extensive work effort with the 2011 OCC Order of Consent Order, Article VII designing an inline quality assurance group to support the Independent Foreclosure Review.
While at CitiMortgage; one of the Top 5 servicers, Donna held senior positions throughout Default Servicing, which included Loan Counseling, Loss Mitigation which supported the overall implementation of the MHA Program processes and user testing and training between Loan counseling, and Loss Mitigation. She was instrumental in merging a bridge team between loan counseling and loss mitigation which effectively achieved strategic goals by applying the appropriate waterfalls which helped mitigate losses.
Donna effectively managed over 300 counselors and managers achieving record reduction in delinquencies, reducing talk time, while maintaining compliance in accordance with investor guidelines. Implemented a series of Score Cards for a means of effective compliance and monitoring productivity for counselors and managers across all portfolios and created incentive programs where appropriate
As a Compliance manager she also helped coordinate related audit activities, ensuring that executives had the right visibility level for pending risks, specifically on the FHA portfolio. She also provided training across the business to ensure they were aware of the risks and how the findings impacted the tier rankings/incentives and possible sanctions that could occur if processes were not in place.
As a manager of Default Research and Litigation at First Nationwide Mortgage; Donna established the process for the Foreclosure Review Committee as required by HUD and in turn managed the process; reviewing loans for compliance for FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and private investors as well. Provided training the Default Reporting area as a result of the number of files being rejected for compliance issues and provided recommendations for process improvements
